In all industry workplaces, this artificial intelligence seems to evolve and evolve more and more in the future. Our industry is similar. Like the word survival of the fittest, we think that only things that can fit into the environment can survive in any environment. Now we are standing before the end of the era and the door of the new era. A fatigued old system is broken and a new custom is built. It may be that there are very violent tremors and sufferings. Like the era when it was said that “the sound of civilization is opened” in the Meiji Restoration, a lot of blood may flow. But still, we must live a hard life. Because our office is always the office pointing to the future. 「新年明けましておめでとうございます。旧年中は大変お世話になりました。本年もよろしくお願いいたします。さて、2019年は元号も変わり、名実ともに新しい時代の幕開けの年となると考えます。第1次産業革命・・蒸気機関車 第2次産業革命・・電気 第3次産業革命・・コンピューター そして今、第4次産業革命・・人工知能が生活のあらゆる分野で開発が進んでいます。すべての業界職場で、この人工知能は今後ますます進化発展していくと思われます。私たちの業界も同様です。適者生存という言葉のごとく、いかなる環境に置かれてもその環境に適合していけるものだけが、生き残ることができると考えます。今私たちは、時代の終焉と新しい時代の扉の前に立っています。疲労した古き制度が壊れ、新しい慣習が構築されます。とても激しい震動と苦境があるのかもしれません。明治維新の『文明開化の音がする』と言われた時代のように、多くの血が流れるやもしれません。しかし、それでも私たちは、懸命に生きていかなければなりません。何故なら、私たちの事務所は常に将来を指し示す事務所だからです。皆さん一人ひとりが役割を十分理解して、常に勉強して、自分自身の昨年よりの向上を目指し頑張ってください。世の中は、自国第一主義やポピュリズムが叫ばれています。日本人、特に地方に住む私たちは、より一層、普遍性に対する探求心や多様性を理解する必要があります。外国人労働者も一般化する時代となるかもしれません。しっかり対応できるよう皆で研鑽してまいりましょう。新年のあいさつといたします。」
